Built by a team that knows what engagement really means
We didn't build Actify because we saw a market opportunity. We built it because we experienced the problem ourselves.

The team behind Actify
Engineers, designers, and operators building the thing they wished existed.
From a small engineering firm to the engagement platform we wished existed
Chapter 01 · The realisation
We ran a company with the same problem you have
We run a structural engineering company in Kelowna, BC. Like most companies, we had a team that worked hard — but outside of work, we didn't really connect. People were engaged during the day but disengaged everywhere else.
Chapter 02 · The experiment
So we built Actify for ourselves first
Pizza parties. Rock climbing. Pilates classes. Housewarming parties. Lunch with a colleague you've never actually talked to outside of a meeting. We stopped measuring engagement and started creating it.
Chapter 03 · The moment it clicked
Morale didn't improve. It transformed.
People started looking forward to work — not because of the work itself, but because of the community around it. Retention climbed. The monthly engagement survey turned green. We knew we had something.
Chapter 04 · Today
Now we're bringing it to every company
The companies that join early help us shape the product. The companies that wait pay more and inherit someone else's decisions. We'd rather build this with you than for you.
“Build companies where people actually want to stay.”
Our mission · since day one
ROV was Actify's first real user
Before we sold a single seat, we ran Actify inside our own engineering company. Here's what that looks like.

Founding-company retention so far
Pizza parties. Rock climbing. Pilates. Birthday celebrations. The team does more together now than they ever did before — and the data shows it.
Founding companies
We launched with a small group in our local network. They're testing the platform, shaping feedback, and proving the concept in real workplaces.

From subscription to marketplace to data layer
Three acts — building the backbone for real-world interest targeting, starting with the workplace.
Today — the subscription
Actify is a flat-rate platform. Employees join free. HR teams get activity data, gamification, and a monthly pulse — all in one.
Tomorrow — the marketplace
Restaurants, yoga studios, wineries, breweries, and activity providers can reach the exact teams already doing what they offer. Real-world interest targeting — starting with the workplace.
Long-term — the data layer
A subscription + transaction + activity-targeted promotions model. The backbone for every company that wants to turn culture into a measurable, compounding asset.
